Appointments and FeeS
My fees are £60.00 per session and last 50 minutes long.
I know that finding the right counsellor for you is essential, the therapeutic relationship is built on a deep level of trust and respect. The right therapeutic relationship will empower you towards making the changes required for you to flourish; I offer a free 15 minute introductory telephone call to touch base for those who are ready to start therapy. This will enable you to get a feel for how I work to see if I am the right fit for you.
I work online and face to face at 2 & 6 Therapy Rooms, Wainbridge House, Shepherd Road, Gloucester GL2 5EL.
During our first full session, I will begin to get know you by looking deeper at your presenting problem, finding out about your past and exploring how counselling can help you move forward with your life. We can also explore any goals that you would like to work towards and work through any fears you have about the process.
